What is Reiki Energy Healing

This is a hands on therapy working on or just above the body utilising Universal energy. The client lies fully clothed on a massage table tucked under the comfort of a blanket whilst the therapist works on different parts of the body and auric field. In this way unhelpful patterns, fears, attitudes, emotions and mental states are changed and a pathway is created to come back to a place of balance and harmony.

Each client experiences this healing modality in their own way, however many say they feel more peaceful, clear and lighter, balanced and connected.
